The Anti Loneliness Alliance (TALA) connects people to create meaningful relationships with each other. TALA provides peer support through befriending and group activities.


Please remember you’re not alone and it’s been extremely difficult times for everybody especially the last 18 months.

Regular Group Therapy Sessions

We have a regular group therapy session which will allow you to mix with other people who are feeling the same as you. It’s only for six weeks it’s 2 hours a week and it includes an hour of chatting with peers and an NWCH facilitator and an hour of mindfulness.

 

There is also a closed Facebook group just for TALA attendees where you can continue the conversation outside of your group and arrange extra activities outside of the group meetings.


The group meets face to face and/or online at our Counselling Hub in Lincoln.
